Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Vibe Social. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vibe Social regarding your use of our platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vibe Social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vibe Social is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. Features may change over time at our sole discretion.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of content you create and publish through Vibe Social. By using the Service, you grant Vibe Social a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Vibe Social connects to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs, account suspensions by those platforms, or any loss of access resulting from platform policy changes.

7. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and logos — is owned by Vibe Social or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use any Vibe Social trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Social and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Vibe Social is registered.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
